NEW IS KING
For me, nothing is more powerful than a truly new idea. And by “new idea,” I mean something that has never been done before. AI is incredible, but at its core it generates variations of what already exists. That said, AI is an essential tool today. It helps in the search for the right idea and can spark directions worth exploring. But if a brand truly wants to create impact, the real starting point is understanding itself more deeply, its challenges, its truths, and its opportunities. From that self discovery, guided in the right way, authentic creative solutions are born. And when a solution is truly new, it will not come from AI. It comes from within that unique exploration itself.
BE A GOOD
HUMAN BEING
We shape the world we live in, and the golden rule remains the best universal practice. Respecting others when there is mutual agreement is easy and expected, but real respect is shown when we collaborate with people we disagree with, finding diplomatic ways to bridge differences. Without that openness, we risk building a culture of passive agreement and shutting ourselves off from new perspectives that drive growth and creativity. When handled thoughtfully, disagreements can spark highly valuable ideas and transform tension into positive energy, but this depends on how well a culture is prepared to embrace it. Ultimately, I believe that showing up as a good, positive, and open-to-differences is what unlocks opportunities and fuels genuine creativity.
FAST, SIMPLE
AND CLEAN
I’ve learned that a company’s culture becomes truly powerful when it’s supported by a simple, focused process that stays out of the way and amplifies intention. To me, that is the key to solving many of the challenges we face, though it requires the right conditions to thrive. Much of my passion lies in help creating those conditions, and I believe the best path is through strong partnerships across disciplines, where we can align around the core intention a company wants to establish. Over the years, my biggest lesson has been that the hardest part of producing great work is often not the work itself, but removing the complications and obstacles that block it, and approaching that with a positive mindset is the surest way forward.

THE ART OF GOOD
A PRO-BONO AD AGENCY CREATED DURING THE PANDEMIC
Inspired by a friend's LinkedIn post, in the beginning of the pandemic I saw the opportunity to donate my time and help small businesses – gratis. A week later I invited a couple friends to join me and we started The Art Of Good. We quickly embraced the mission of helping small businesses survive the Covid 19 crisis and in a little more than a year grew to a group of 600+ individuals around the globe, we were able to help more than 40 small businesses all over the US with all types of ad services, from strategy, social posts to videos and full campaigns, all free of charge.
As Covid continues, TAOG stays relentless. We keep our eye on the goal of helping more and more operations in need. And are working on new formats and systems to continue to help small businesses even when the virus is in our rearview mirror. Because anyone who’s ever run a small business knows, the challenges keep coming. And it’s always nice to have someone in your corner.
